Techni Construction was established in 1993, by Wayne Smart and Johan Botha. Both are now retired, with current members Gregg Clarke, Leon Janse Van Rensburg, Everard Smith and Sameera Lorgat leading the way.
Techni Construction has a compliment of over 50 site employees, 6 site managers and 4 office staff. We also make use of our SMME labour only sub-contractors to complete specialised works and bulk wet trades, with a strong focus on their development, upliftment and skills transfer.
Techni Construction works predominantly in the private sector, targeting projects up to R 200 Mil. We have successfully completed Public sector work as well. This is a market with which to further develop our company around.
We are fully registered with all the pertinent building authorities and are members of the MBA and have a CIDB rating of a 7 GB. We are proud to have a BEE level 4 rating, and are in the process of registering Techni Construction as an ISO-9001 compliant business.
